Navigator Tissue UK Ltd is part of The Navigator Company. Previously known as Accrol Group and established in 1993, Navigator Tissue UK is the UK’s leading independent tissue converter producing private label toilet roll, kitchen roll, facial tissue products and a range of wet wipes for most of the UK’s major grocery retailers.

Navigator Tissue want to deliver the best possible value to the UK consumer on essential everyday tissue and wet wipe products.

The following jobs will be available at Navigator's new site, Optimus Point, Glenfield.

Line Operative:

Line Operatives are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of designated converting line equipment (e.g. Rewinder, Wrapper, Core Winder), ensuring all activities comply with quality, productivity, and legal requirements while maintaining product safety throughout the production process.

Rewind Operator:

The role exists to provide safe, efficient and operational support to the rewind process. Enabling the Main Rewinder to meet production, quality, and safety requirements through reliable material preparation, system accuracy, and process support.

Rates of pay

The rate of pay is £12.60 per hour, 39.81 hours per week (average on a 2 days 2 nights 4 off shift), making the annual salary £26083.72. The pay is reviewed annually in April.
